The founder of Logistics Executive Group, Kim delivers 40 years of executive leadership experience spanning Corporate Advisory, Executive Coaching, Public Speaking, Trade Facilitation and Executive Search & Recruitment across the Supply Chain, Aviation, Logistics, FMCG, Retail, Resources and Industrial sectors. Operating from the company’s offices in 12 countries. He is a regular contributor of thought leadership to industry and media, is a professional Master of Ceremonies, frequently invited to Chair international events on contemporary / future industry trends and leadership issues.

A specialist in the linkage of business strategy and supply chain best practice to human capital management, Kim has expertise in driving business performance, designing sustainable business strategies, supply chain alignment, mergers & acquisitions, organization structure design, leadership excellence, change management and talent management. He is a Board member over a dozen companies throughout APAC, India and the Middle East, a New Zealand citizen, he holds formal resident status in Australia and the United Arab Emirates and is the Australia & New Zealand representative for the UAE Government owned Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), the Middle East’s pre-eminent Economic Free Zone.

A triathlete and ex-professional rugby player Kim is a qualified (IECL Sydney) executive coach, and the Founder / Chairman of successful not for profit humanitarian organization Oasis Africa www.oasisafrica.org.au which has provided sustainable primary & secondary education, security & holistic support to over 8000 mainly orphaned children in some of East Africa’s most notorious slums. Kim holds an MBA and BA from Massey & Victoria Universities (NZ).
