Rajul Jain is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of INCREFF (Next SCM Solutions), a business partner to fashion and lifestyle brands and retailers helping them increase their revenue and margins by bringing in inventory efficiency.

A graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, Rajul brings with him 22 years of overall experience and 15 years in senior management roles across E-Commerce, Retail and Supply Chain.

Rajul is an industry thought leader and an innovator by heart. He is passionate about solving complex challenges faced by brands and retailers. He pioneered the concept of serialization of inventory in fashion retail and ecommerce, which drove huge efficiency in inventory, warehousing infrastructure and manpower. His entrepreneurial passion, first-hand experience of impact of digitization of supply chain in ecommerce, and inspiration from very large players like Zara / Walmart / Amazon (extensively focused on supply side of problems rather than the demand side) inspired him to start INCREFF in Aug 2016.

INCREFF technology products focuses on demand prediction, inventory distribution and single view of inventory and fulfilment, thus bringing in significant improvement in topline and bottom-line for clients. INCREFF has two products - INCREFF IRIS and INCREFF ASSURE. In just under 2 years, INCREFF has become the most-sought technology partner to brands like Mango, ESPRIT, PUMA, Myntra, Wrogn, Reliance AJIO, Brooks, Arvind (Ruf & Tuf and Newport), Cult as their clients. INCREFF is backed by investors like Sequoia Capital, Binny Bansal, Ananth Narayanan, Grey Orange Robotics among others.

Rajul with his down-to-earth personality and congenial nature believes in dreaming big and drives ownership within his team. Under his stewardship, INCREFF attracts the best talent who can stay invested for the long-term to create simple yet cutting-edge and innovative technology solutions for their clientele.

Prior to INCREFF, Rajul headed the supply chain at Myntra.com (2014-2016), India’s largest fashion ecommerce player, where he built Myntra’s complex fulfillment operations across India. Before Myntra, Rajul also co-founded India’s first fashion ecommerce company Yebhi.com back in 2009. Prior to this stint, Rajul worked in Real Estate at Indiabulls for two years (2007-2009) and as the Head of Manufacturing at Brintons Carpets Asia Pvt Ltd (1998-2007). He started his professional career in June 1996 with Arvind Mills.

Rajul has keen interest in sports and enjoys his free time socialising and networking with his friends.
