Andrea Prazakova joined MEA Mastercard in 2015 to lead the MEA Strategic Ecosystem, prioritizing Mobile Payment ecosystems in Egypt and the UAE, EXPO2020 Dubai, partnerships with governments in Kenya and Rwanda.

In January 2019, she shifted her focus and, as Senior Vice President for MEA Customer Experience & Design, is responsible for a developing and implementing a regional outside-in customer and consumer-centric thinking strategy across all functions.

For 20+ years, Andrea has honed her skills within some of financial heavies (Raiffeisen International, UniCredit, Erste Bank and IFC across Europe, Asia and Africa ).

Andrea is a customer experience evangelist, a formidable negotiator, a creative mind and an exceptionally engaged team player. Educated in Economics (Czech) and Banking (Austria), over the years, her training has been augmented with studies in design skills (Stanford Design School) and Leadership (Harvard & INSEAD).
