For more than 15 years, Sudipt Shah has honed his expertise in creating exceptional digital experiences for customers. Sudipt has led digital initiatives in blue chip companies such as IBM and Infosys as well as at UK’s largest retail bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Bloomberg and CACI. A British national, Sudipt relocated to Dubai to help Emirates Airlines, known for their exceptional consumer focus, improve their user experience on the main booking flow.
Sudipt and his co-founder Brooke Cowling launched Digital of Things because they saw a need in the marketplace. Companies in the United Arab Emirates typically conduct user testing and focus groups either in the UK or USA. However, the UAE is one of the most culturally diverse countries in the world, with more than 200 nationalities and various cultural differences at play. Recognising the importance of applying a local lens specific to this unique part of the world, Sudipt and his team tests with a variety of demographics and customer intents, and creates an effective User Experience based on regional differences.
